摘要：

植物(Sapium sebiferum)萃取液PE001具有活化魚類Mx基因啟動子之活性，含有極強活性之干擾素誘導物(interferon inducer)，可誘導魚類免疫相關基因表現量之上升。飼料添加PE001萃取物餵飼點帶石斑魚，可增強石斑魚之抗病原菌Photobacterium damsela能力。

可能的應用範圍：

飼料添加PE001萃取物可增強魚類之抗細菌和抗病毒能力。
