摘要：

本發明揭露一系列以宿主細胞為標的之新穎抗登革藥物。此藥物作用於登革病毒感染的細胞，並藉由引發細胞反應來抑制病毒感染。它的優點包括有，其作用模式不因病毒產生耐受性變異突變而影響，而且其抗病毒活性是廣效性的。另外，我們也證明其中一種代表性的藥物，可以延長登革病毒感染小鼠的存活時間。
