摘要：

短鏈醇之脂肪酸酯在近年來已逐漸成為油脂化學工業之重要產品。脂肪酸酯在工業尚可用以製備各種產物，包括過醯胺類 (superamides)、經交酯化技術製得之其他脂肪酸酯、脂醇類 (fatty alcohol)、醣脂類、及脂胺類( fatty amines)等。 本發明揭示一種短鏈醇之脂肪酸酯之改良製法，此方法主要係利用固定化脂肪酵素在室溫下，催化乾燥短鏈醇(C2-C5)與三酸甘油酯（包括植物油與動物脂肪）之醇解反應以製得脂肪酸酯。
