摘要：

Epinecidin-1是從石斑魚(Epinephelus coioides)中所發現，是由67個胺基酸所組成的陽性抗菌胜肽。利用合成的Epinecidin-1(21個合成之胺基酸)處理革蘭氏陰性菌與陽性菌，具有殺死與抑制細菌成長的效果，同時實驗也驗證以合成蛋白的Epinecidin-1注射方式可以援救被細菌感染後之石斑魚存活，可以有效救治受到細菌感染之魚類。

可能的應用範圍：

水產養殖之病源菌防治與治療。

此項發明的優點：
